Sleeping is important when your goal is to lose weight

I haven't slept a wink tonight, nada, niente, not a single second!
This morning it was so hard, mainly when you have to mantain your eyes wide open and your concentration very high, and you're sit on your desk the all day long!
But I decided to resist and not to skip my workout day abd I made it! 
I used lighter weights for some excercise, heavier for other but I decided not to skip a single set!
I went home and eat dinner and prepared tomorrow's meals too.
I am doing good now and I'm having my cup of Urtica Dioica good for digestion while it also helps you eliminate some water.
